If you would like to try out our AI features there is a free daily limit, or if you want higher limits there is a completely free Promo account - all you have to do is register.
Do you offer refunds?
Because Premium is a usage-based digital service, we don't provide automatic refunds. If something goes wrong with billing, reach out to support and we'll review your case quickly.
What happens when I reach my limits?
AI tools and document polish checks have daily limits that reset at midnight UTC. The core editor, preview, and exports remain available even when an AI limit is reached.
Can I get a custom plan?
Not yet—Premium is our top tier right now. If you need something larger, drop us a note and we'll let you know as soon as extended plans are available.
